Five year land supply
We always have to be able to demonstrate whether we have enough land available in the district to be able to provide five years’ worth of housing. We regularly publish a statement that explains our current land supply. The Council has updated its five year housing land supply position as of 1 April 2023.
The District has a supply of 4.2 years.
